Deaton Bee Farm's sorghum is made by a Mennonite family in Tennessee, and we were fortunate to get another allotment this year. Sorghum's high mineral content produces a meaty caramel flavor and a tomato-like tang. Try a slow, thick dab of it on hot cereal and, of course, on biscuits.
